Does Airport Express go elsewhere besides the Airport? Yes, we offer "Pick and Drop"service, time call reservation pick ups for Doctors appointments, shopping trips, attractions, night-on-the-town, as directed charters, concerts, etc.  

Do you have "Stretch Limousines & Customized Equipment"? Yes, while our primary focus is Luxury Lincoln Towncar Sedan Service, we have a sub-fleet of Independent contractor/owner operators and associates utilizing the latest models/newest stretch limousines and customized equipment to meet your needs.  

Do you do Taxi work? Yes, our Lincoln Towncar Sedans can also function as a Taxi. Rates are $2.50 per mile with $40.00 per hour waiting time or fraction thereof, ($10.00 every 15  minutes with first 15 minutes "FREE" if round trip). 1 to 3 passengers in your party. *NOTE* Taxi service offered is LIMITED and for PINELLAS COUNTY  FLORIDA ONLY!  

How does the "Flat Rate" work?  Example: "BASIC" Flat rates quoted from one (1) pickup point to the airport covers: 1 to 3 passengers traveling together in your party. Any additional stops on the way to the airport or additional passengers added incur an additional $5.00 to $10.00 per person/stop added onto the "BASIC" flat rate.  

What if we have 4 or more in our party or a lot of luggage?  We have large Lincoln Navigator SUV's to accommodate any size group or party. Additional rates above the "BASIC" Flat Rate will apply.  

Can you pick up at the Port of Tampa Cruise Ship Docks? Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to pick up at all points/venues in Hillsborough(Tampa) County and Pinellas(St. Petersburg-Clearwater) County, Florida.  

Where do you pick up at Tampa Airport?  Your car and driver will meet and/or be waiting for you "curbside" at the front door/baggage claim area near your airlines' baggage belt. See our pickup procedures for more details.

What About Cancellations? In general for new customers or all internet reservations our cancellation policy is: We need a cancellation 12 hours in advance of the time call/arrival.
