1. Upon landing at the airport please turn your cell phone on.
2. Once you have arrived at the airport and gathered your baggage and/or seen to your personal affairs, our car/suv will meet you outside at CURBSIDE.
3. CURBSIDE is located immediately outside the glass sliding doors marked "EXIT" by the baggage claim area.
4. Once at CURBSIDE, look for our Lincoln Towncar Sedan or Lincoln Navigator SUV. These vehicles will have large American flags displayed on their passenger side, the side closest to you.
5. You must be at the CURBSIDE area to be loaded. If you mistakenly show up at the area marked "Taxi+Economy Parking Bus+Ground Transportation", we will be unable to pick you up as you are at the wrong area.
6. You must be ready to leave the airport when your driver is at CURBSIDE as the driver cannot wait for an extended length of time.
7. If you do not see your car and driver, simply call us and we will route your car to you.

For those needing assistance with baggage, skycaps/porters as well as baggage carts are available adjacent to the baggage belt. Thank you for your cooperation. It is our pleasure to serve your transportation needs.
